Exchange Policy

At EarthLee Studio, each item is made to order with care and intention. Because our products are created specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds. We do accept eligible exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with tags and original packaging

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@earthleestudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions along with the appropriate return address.

Please Note

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Additional Notes

Some designs intentionally feature vintage, distressed, or textured print effects as part of the artwork. Variations in texture, shading, or slight imperfections are considered part of the design aesthetic and are not considered defects.
