Exchange Policy

At EarthLee Studio, every item is made to order with care and intention. Because our products are created specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds.

We are happy to offer eligible exchanges within 7 days of delivery for qualifying items. Please review the guidelines below before requesting an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags (if applicable) and packaging
• Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@earthleestudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please Note

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Items ordered in the incorrect size after purchase
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Digital products 

Product Information

Many of our apparel items feature a relaxed UNISEX fit. Please review the Size Guide before placing your order and compare the garment measurements to a favorite-fitting item you already own.

Some designs intentionally feature vintage, distressed, washed, or textured print effects as part of the artwork. Variations in texture, shading, or print appearance are intentional and are not considered defects.

Slight variations in color may also occur due to differences in monitor and mobile device display settings.
