1. How does checkout work? Why am I sometimes redirected to Amazon?
Journals & Planners
Most journals and planners are available for purchase directly through EarthLee Studio. Select printed products are fulfilled through Amazon and will clearly display a Buy on Amazon button on the product page. When redirected, you'll complete your purchase securely through Amazon and receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking directly from them.
Apparel & Accessories
All apparel and accessories are purchased directly through EarthLee Studio. Because each item is made to order, production begins after your order is placed. You'll receive email updates and tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Journals & Planners
Due to the custom nature of printed products, journals and planners cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll gladly help resolve it.
Apparel & Accessories
Because every apparel item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
3. How long does shipping take?
Journals & Planners
Production and shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment method. Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. If your purchase is fulfilled through Amazon, estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.
Apparel & Accessories
Most apparel orders are produced within 3–7 business days, followed by standard shipping, which typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
4. How do I choose the correct apparel size?
Most apparel is designed with a relaxed unisex fit unless otherwise noted on the product page.
We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Guide before placing your order and comparing the garment measurements to a favorite-fitting item you already own.
If you prefer a more tailored fit, you may wish to size down on unisex styles.
Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items ordered in the incorrect size.
5. Can I personalize a journal or place a custom order?
Journals & Planners
At this time, individual journals and planners cannot be personalized. However, we welcome inquiries for larger organizational, ministry, educational, or event-related projects. Please contact us to discuss custom opportunities.
Apparel & Accessories
We do not currently offer personalized apparel. Each piece is thoughtfully created from original EarthLee Studio designs to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship.
6. Are your products sustainably made?
Yes. Sustainability is an important part of how we operate.
Our products are created on demand, meaning they're produced only after an order is placed. This approach helps reduce unnecessary inventory, minimize waste, and support more thoughtful purchasing.
Where available, our printed products are produced using responsibly sourced materials and environmentally conscious printing practices.
7. Do you offer bulk pricing?
Journals & Planners
Yes. We offer special pricing for larger orders placed by schools, organizations, ministries, conferences, businesses, and special events. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Apparel & Accessories
While standard bulk discounts are not currently available, we'd be happy to discuss larger organizational orders or special projects. Contact us to learn more.
8. Are your Greek-inspired products officially licensed?
EarthLee Studio is an officially licensed vendor for select organizations. Products that are part of an official licensing program are clearly identified on the individual product page.
We also offer independently created collections inspired by culture, heritage, and shared experiences. These original designs do not use protected trademarks or official insignias unless expressly identified as officially licensed.
