Refund Policy

At EarthLee Studio, every item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in the incorrect size, changed preferences, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

In select situations, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for complete details.

Please Note

• Many of our garments feature a relaxed unisex fit. We strongly encourage you to review the Size Guide before placing your order.
• Some artwork intentionally incorporates vintage, faded, or distressed design elements. Variations in texture or print appearance are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.
• Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and mobile device displays.
